Andy’s greatest strength lies in his ability to connect major and leadership donors with bold, purpose-driven missions. His strategic and data-informed approach—paired with authentic relationships across Presidents, CEOs, Boards, and staff—creates results that are not only measurable, but enduring.

Andy and his wife, Jill, live south of Indianapolis with their three children. When not attending one of their kids sporting events in competitive cheer, football, lacrosse, or basketball the family spends their time outside and preferably traveling to a beach.
