Matt brings more than 30 years of fundraising and development experience rooted in higher education and athletics. During his tenure as Senior Associate Athletics Director for Development at the University of Indianapolis, he built the Greyhound Club from the ground up, growing its membership to more than 1,800 individuals and generating nearly $8 million in annual gifts. His work extended into corporate partnerships, annual giving, and major campaigns, including securing a transformational naming-rights gift and leading initiatives that consistently exceeded fundraising goals. In 2016, he was named the National Association of Athletic Development Directors (NAADD) Fundraiser of the Year for the College Division.
Matt’s strength lies in his ability to build revenue-generating programs that are both sustainable and relationship-driven. A past president of NAADD and a frequent presenter at national conferences, he brings a practitioner’s perspective to every engagement — grounded in decades of real-world results across annual giving, athletics development, and donor engagement strategy.
A longtime resident of Indianapolis, Matt and his family are deeply rooted in the community he served for more than three decades.
