What You’ll Do 

• Create practical fundraising plans and campaigns that meet or beat client targets.
• Work closely with leadership and teammates every day to turn ideas into clear deliverables.
• Run projects end-to-end: set timelines, manage tasks, and report results.
• Keep clients informed and satisfied through regular updates and clear communication.
• Network actively, speak at events, publish thought-leadership pieces, and pitch services to convert your visibility into new client opportunities.
• Identify better tools or methods and share them to improve how the team works. 

Candidate Must-Haves 

• Entrepreneurial drive to turn open-ended challenges into scalable fundraising wins.
• Excellent communicator and organized decision-maker who thrives in fully remote, async teamwork.
• Humble, curious learner—willing to do the small things right while pushing big ideas forward.
• Smart and gritty, sustaining momentum under pressure and owning goals end-to-end.
• Mission-first mindset aligned with Palmetto’s values of equity and integrity—here to serve, not just bill hours.
• Ability to travel ~15 % for on-site client meetings & retreats.

Candidate Nice-To-Haves 

• 5 + years consulting (or comparable advisory) experience serving multiple nonprofit clients.
• Remote-team leadership experience. 

Details 

• Work anywhere in the U.S. (major metros preferred) with occasional, project-based travel for client or team meet-ups.
